One time Cleanings

Holiday planning, out of town guests, or even a gift for that special someone…contact us to schedule a one-time cleaning, or to purchase a gift certificate.  While you may start out with a single appointment, we are confident that once you experience our dedicated service, you will call on us regularly to keep your home sparkling!

Move In/Move Out Cleanings

Moving can be stressful.  Painting, renovating, packing and unpacking…the list goes on.  A deep cleaning by Continental will give you one less task to worry about.

 

Standard services

  • Dust furniture, windowsills, decorative items, wall hangings, blinds, ceiling fans, and furniture

  • Remove cobwebs

  • Empty wastebaskets and place trash in designated area

  • Clean underneath/behind light, movable furniture

  • Make beds  

  • Wipe down woodwork, including baseboards, door frames, window sills, cabinet exteriors, and paneling

  • Vacuum all floors

  • Vacuum upholstered furniture, carpet edging, window blinds, and HVAC vent covers

  • Clean underneath area rugs

Additional Services (Priced Accordingly)

  • Clean interior windows, sliding glass doors, and French doors, including exterior windows that tilt in or can be reached from ground level

  • Spot clean walls, doors, light switches

  • Vacuum pillows, bedding, mattresses, drapes, stuffed animals, etc.
