Hard Water? Grab a Lemon!

Chances are that in your regular cleaning routine you have likely been frustrated by hard water in some form or another. Hard water can be a hassle to clean off, particularly on your metal sink/faucet fixtures. This shouldn't be a cause for stress however, just a simple fix can make what used to be a pain into just another easy part of your cleaning process. 

This simple fix is a lemon. For hard water spots on metal, you will be hard pressed to find a more effective removal method than a simple lemon. You can cut your lemon either in half or into slices, squeeze the extra juice into a container, (there are many other uses for lemon juice), and use the squeezed-out rind directly on the surface. The acidic lemon juice, combined with the spongy peel will get the job done!
